Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at sales@ whitewaterperfumes.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +91 97914 93983 (Timings: 9 am to 6 pm) within 24 hours with the reason for cancellation.
- Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to the warehouse, we will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

At Whitewater, we prioritize delivering quality products in excellent condition. To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues related to missing or damaged products, we kindly request our customers to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
The unboxing video serves as proof of the product's condition upon delivery. -
This video must clearly show:
The unopened package with the shipping label visible.
The process of opening the package.
The contents of the package upon unboxing. -
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
If any product is missing or damaged, and a valid unboxing video is provided, we will promptly address the issue by offering a refund or replacement.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Charges for Cancellation/Returns:
- A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders after process and ₹100 for returns of orders (RTO) that have left the warehouse.
